Each participant is aware of the risks associated with motor sports at the time of subscribing to a quad or buggy activity and certifies that Loisir Expert acts in the best interest of the participants. In this sense, each participant releases Loisir Expert from any liability in case of an accident.<\/li>\n<li>Minors aged 16 and over are eligible to drive a quad\/buggy provided that a parent (or guardian) has signed the contract on their behalf in advance. An identification document may be requested before departure.<\/li>\n<li>Minors under 16 must participate in activities as passengers.<\/li>\n<li>Only civil liability is included in our activities.
