Because your well-being and your security are our priority, we have all the authorizations and compulsory insurance for the organization of your activities and excursions our providers are handpicked for their seriousness and their skills in their field of activity, thus guaranteeing you the best travel conditions and tranquility for your family, friends or employees, however:
- Loisir Expert requires all its customers to have full travel insurance (medical expenses, repatriation costs, theft and loss of luggage, etc.) during their stay in Morocco. Loisir Expert only has “civil liability” insurance.
- Anyone participating in the activities of Loisir Expert is aware of the risks involved and takes full responsibility for them. Loisir Expert cannot be held responsible in the event of accidents.
- Anyone leaving with Loisir Expert agrees to comply with all the safety instructions set out by the designated supervisory staff during the outings (before and during the outing), under penalty of seeing the outing interrupted, without reimbursement.
- Each client participating in the activities of Loisir Expert is responsible for their personal effects. Loisir Expert cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal effects.
DESCRIPTION:
No bad surprise! The information mentioned on each Marrakech activity and excursion concerning the details of the program and what is included is consistent with the service you will have on site.
- For all products offered online, Loisir Expert reserves the right to modify the descriptions and prices online without notice.
PRICES:
The prices displayed correspond to the “from” price. When booking, when selecting the number of participants, it may therefore be different. Indeed, the price of certain activities or excursions is sometimes decreasing from a certain number of participants. Particularly when there is in particular a transport and a guide, the costs of which are therefore shared between a larger number of people if you are 6 for example, than if you are 2. The prices do not include your possible extras , tips and personal expenses.
- The prices stated on our site are in euros to facilitate reading and understanding. They will however be invoiced in dirhams (MAD) at the rate of the day of settlement.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Reservations can be made every day up to 48 hours before the service. To be taken into account, the order form must be duly completed with your surname, first name, name and address of the hotel, telephone number and email. You will receive your confirmation within 48 hours by email on the address that you have registered in your order form. This will remind you of the reserved service, will indicate the precise time and the meeting place.
- By subscribing to an activity, the participant declares to be in sufficient physical condition to participate in the chosen and purchased activity. By registering for an activity, each participant declares to be in sufficient physical condition to participate and carry out the activity in its entirety. It is the participant’s responsibility to judge whether he is fit or not, but the members of Loisir Expert remain the last decision-makers. In the event that it is decided that the participant does not have the physical capacity to participate in the activity, no refund will be made. The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during an activity is totally prohibited.
- Any activity will be considered confirmed if the price of the latter paid in full in cash, by bank card or by transfer (the transfer costs are the responsibility of the buyer).

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION CONDITIONS:
- DATE: You can change the date of the service free of charge up to 48 hours before the originally scheduled service, subject to availability.
- NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: You can change the number of participants free of charge up to 48 hours before the service, subject to availability. A rate adjustment may be necessary if it turns out that the rate is different depending on the number of people (supplement or refund).
- Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to Loisir Expert, at the address contact@loisirexpert.com
SPECIAL CONDITIONS :
- Force majeure means any event external to the parties that prevents either the client, the participants, or Loisir Expert or the service providers involved in the performance of the reserved service, from performing all or part of the obligations provided.
- Loisir Expert undertakes to use all means necessary for the smooth running of the service. In case of failure for reasons beyond its control (civil / religious holidays, cultural / civil events, strikes, bad weather, political events, war / civil war ..) and / or any incident, delay or other events due to a Loisir Expert cannot be held responsible.
- Each party bears the burden of all costs incumbent upon it and which result from the case of force majeure. Consequently, the customer will bear only the additional costs which could be incurred to allow the continuation of the service following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
- The exits are maintained in the event of rain. The outing may however be postponed if Loisir Expert assesses that the safety of the participants could be compromised. In this case only, if the participant cannot deliver to a later session, the activity will be canceled and Loisir Expert will reimburse the full amount corresponding to the canceled activity.
QUAD & BUGGY :
- Participants are obligated to complete and sign the disclaimer before departure. Each participant is aware of the risks associated with motor sports when subscribing to a quad or buggy activity and certifies that Loisir Expert is in the best interest of the participants. In this sense, each participant releases Loisir Expert from any responsibility in the event of an accident.
- Minors aged 16 and over are eligible to drive a quad / buggy provided that a parent (or guardian) has signed the contract for them beforehand. ID may be required prior to departure.
- Minors under the age of 16 must participate in the activities as passengers.
- Only civil liability is included in our activities. The medical insurances remain the responsibility of the participants, as well as all the material damage caused to the machines coming under a rigging without committed third party.
MONTGOLFIERE :
- The participants certify that they are aware of the risks linked to the practice of hot air ballooning: dizziness, meteorological hazards, unexpected landing, etc. If, once on the flight site, the participants no longer wish to participate in the flight, no refund will be made.
- Loisir Expert or its service providers cannot be held responsible in the event of the cancellation of their flight due to unfavorable weather conditions. In this case, if the participants cannot postpone to another day, subject to availability, they will be reimbursed the full price paid.
- The altitude and duration of the flight are not contractual. They may vary depending on weather conditions.
CAMELS, HORSES OR MULE RIDE. :
- The participants certify that they are aware of the risks associated with the practice of activities practiced with animals.
- Only parents can decide if a child is able to ride alone on an animal. Neither Loisir Expert nor one of their service providers can be held responsible for any event involving an unexpected animal reaction.
- Animals can cause certain allergies. Loisir Expert cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to allergies. No refunds can be made due to allergies caused by animals. It is the responsibility of the participants to know their personal allergies.
TREKKING, EXCURSIONS and / or COMBINED ACTIVITIES :
- The programs and itineraries of the tours offered are not contractual. It may happen that the route is slightly modified for security or logistical reasons.
- The client must refer to the list of all that is included to find out what is exactly offered by Loisir Expert. Everything that is not listed is not included.
- Loisir Expert is not responsible for weather conditions. All tours and activities are maintained in all cases and no reimbursement can be made, unless otherwise decided by Loisir Expert.
- EVENTS
- The programs offered are not contractual. It may sometimes happen that the program is slightly modified.
- The client must refer to the list of all that is included to find out what is exactly offered by Loisir Expert. Everything that is not listed is not included.
- Loisir Expert is not responsible for weather conditions. All events are maintained or adapted, and no reimbursement can be made. If the programs are forced to be modified for meteorological reasons, any additional charge is not the responsibility of Loisir Expert or its Providers: they will be invoiced to the client.
CLAIM
In case of dispute or disagreement, only the Court of Marrakech is recognized as competent.
